We offer travel and tour packages including hotel bookings, transportation, guided tours, and customized travel itineraries within India.
3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by visiting our office.

We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets).

Full payment or advance (as mentioned in the package) is required to confirm the booking.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the package terms and deducting service charges:

30 days before departure: 90% refund

15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotels, or transport in case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, government regulations).

Any additional cost due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.
6. Travel Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage.
7. User Responsibilities

All travelers must carry valid ID proof and any required permits.

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

Any damage to property or misconduct during the trip may lead to cancellation of the package without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Curly Tales Tour and Travels will not be held liable for:

Delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Any personal loss, injury, or damage during the travel.

Any third-party service failure (e.g., hotel or transport providers).
